Many of these rates also offer full refundability, subject to sufficient advance notice.
The Booking Process
Find a hotel or service you want to book.
Make the booking.
All bookings are on request.
The partner then has the chance to review the request and decide if they can accept or reject it.
Once the booking has been accepted or rejected, we will inform you of the decision and
if they accept the booking; you can confirm if you want to go ahead still.
if they reject the booking; you can look at alternative hotels or dates and re-book.
Payment is made in 2 stages. 1st payment is the deposit to Staff Travel Club. 2nd payment is to the hotel directly, clearing the balance.
Therefore, once you confirm you want to go ahead, we will send you an invoice for the booking deposit, which can be paid via card or bank transfer (bank transfers are preferred, as we are a small company and like to keep our costs low).
Once the invoice has been paid, we will send you the confirmation number.
Final balance of the booking will need to be cleared and paid 30 days before arrival,
if you book to stay within 30 days, payment is required ASAP - 1st Deposit. 2nd Hotel Payment.
Each partner has their own cancellation policy, so please bare this in mind once you book, along with our admin fee if you do cancel later on.

STANDARD INCLUSIONS
Breakfast is included in the room rates for 2 passengers.
All bookings and extras need to have the correct number selected - some are per item and some are per person. Any bookings found to be incorrect, will be updated and the new costs will be sent before requesting.
All upgraded meal plans need to be booked for all members in the party.
All extras (extra beds, meal upgrades, transfers etc) need to be selected correctly at the time of booking otherwise our partners will reject you at check in or apply a higher rate.
These rates are negotiated specifically for travel industry staff and proof of employment is checked before confirming a booking & could be re-checked again by the partner in resort.
Cancellations outside of 30 days should be fine to cancel your booking FOC, minus Staff Travel Club’s admin fee (£30). If your deposit is lower than our admin fee, no refund will be provided and you will not be asked to pay the difference.
Some partners offer 30 days before, some 15 days, some 10 days and others even shorter. Seasonality also plays a part in the different terms.
Each partner has their cancellation term at the top of each partner’s page.
If you need to cancel at anytime you can contact us or check in the portal where you made the booking and a Cancellation-button will be shown on the review-booking-page showing the exact detail.
