They swiftly put me in touch with Matt at Staff Travel Club, and Matt immediately got in touch with me to tell me about his scheme for people working in the Travel Industry in the UK.
I hadn’t actually heard of the club before, but I quickly joined and started checking out his rates. I must say I was really impressed with the exclusive rates he was able to offer and we quickly booked some nights all done via email with Matt.
Matt answered any questions I had promptly and was informative on how it all worked. Simple and straightforward. The only thing I was a little confused on initially was the availability grid on the website, but Matt advised of availability directly with me and even helped with some date changes we needed to make. He always answered extremely quickly.
Nowadays it’s pretty difficult to secure some really good agent rates and this club has totally impressed me, and I really did get a cracking exclusive rate. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Staff Travel Club again, and I look forward to this Club growing and seeing lots more properties become available in his portfolio.

“I met Matt at a travel event where he told us all about Staff Travel Club. I was planning a trip to Thailand and got in touch with him re a couple of hotels I was interested in. The whole process was effortless and really good value. One of the hotels I chose wasn’t available but he came back with a couple of alternatives straight away. When we arrived at the hotel in Thailand we had been upgraded, which was a lovey added bonus.

“I met Matthew at a trade event, where kindly gave away a hotel stay in Thailand. Sadly I didn’t win, but was suitably impressed with his presentation that I decided to dig a little deeper into the Staff Travel Club.
They had a fairly small number of hotels in the portfolio to choose from at the time I was looking, but all were of a decent standard. It was easy to login to their portal to choose a hotel and the booking process was really simple. The portfolio has since been expanded with plenty of options to consider.
We paid a small deposit to secure the room we wanted at prices far lower than available elsewhere and we paid the balance not long before departure.
All communication from Matthew and the Staff Travel Club was clear and concise and I’d have no hesitation in recommending the service going forward, especially with the increased range of destinations offered.

“I met Matt at one of our Travel events in Manchester he was there on behalf of his Travel company the Staff travel club. I explained to Matt that I had booked Thailand and I was looking at booking a hotel near to the airport in Phuket. He recommended the Dewa Hotel and beach resort 😁 which was a ten minute transfer to the airport l. I contacted Matt the next day and Booked the hotel and also transfer to the airport included this was a great price and I had full communication from Matt from start to finish would definitely recommend the Staff travel Club to my customer’s and colleagues.
Also the food at Dewa resort was delicious and the best breakfast we had in our two weeks of travelling around Thailand 😁”
